Who REALLY owns your Trademark?
IF SOMEONE ELSE CREATED YOUR TRADEMARK (WORD MARK OR LOGO) DESIGN, YOU MAY NOT HAVE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS TO IT.
Do you have a proper assignment of rights for the word mark or logo created by others?
- Absent a proper and well drafted Assignment of Rights the intellectual property rights to your trademark, be it word mark or logo, may be owned by the person or business that actually designed or otherwise created it.
