Background and Experience.  20 years experience practicing as an Attorney focusing on trademarks, contacts, corporate law, international transactions and more recently dispensaries; Founder and President, DelMar Law Offices; and Founder of the International Business Lawyers Connection.

Representative Matter:

Represented the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Eastern MA, ME & VT in its acquisition of the Rhode Island Better Business Bureau.

Additional Areas of Law:

In addition to trademarks, contracts, corporate law, international law and dispensaries practicing in the areas of international business law (including transactions, subsidiaries, international trademark, etc.), airport concessions leasing (including, requests for proposals (preparation and responses)).

Prior Legal Experience:  Essex Superior Court, Law Clerk Intern, 1999; U.S. Attorneys Office, Law Clerk Intern, 1998; Law firm experience in various capacities since 1989-1999 (receptionist, legal secretary, paralegal and lawyer); President and founder of paralegal business, 1991-1997. Experience outside legal industry: New England Law Boston, Registrar, 1999-2000.

Other Interests and Activities:  Studied in Europe, including Italy and Greece; Education started with in graphic design and fine arts, evolved to political science and then to law; I enjoy spending quality time with my children, yoga, the arts, sailing and cooking.
