Represented the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Eastern MA, ME & VT in its acquisition of the Rhode Island Better Business Bureau.

Boston Business Lawyer:  Founder of DelMar Law Offices PC;  Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar; Member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Better Business Bureau.

Maine Business Lawyer:  Admitted to the Maine Bar; Member of the Maine State Bar Association, Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Maine Better Business Bureau.

Author:Establishing a Joint Venture with the P.R.C., A Guide for American Businesses, New England International and Comparative Law Journal, 1999; Proposed Sentencing Guidelines for the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, submitted by request to the Prosecutor's Office of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda; and How to Start a Virtual Law Practice, New England International and Comparative Law Journal 2001.

Other Interests and Activities:  Studied in Europe, including Italy and Greece; Education started with the arts, evolved to political science and then to Law (a true testament showing that, what you set out to do, is not always what you end up doing); Enjoy practicing yoga and spending quality time with my husband and children.
